Bad mail store on directory TransportRoles\Replay
Users tell me that they sometime cannot receive mail from internet and give me the info about the mail sent time and senders.
I've tracked the log, there's no record about user told me.
But I found that much ".bad" files store in this directory, when i open those files, it was some mails the user cannot receive.
I don't know there's much bad incomming mail store in this directory. I've all updated but still cannot solve the problem

Where is this "bad" directory? Please provide the exact and full path. Also, is there anything in the event log corresponding to the files' creation date and times? Do you have any antivirus or antispam software or appliances
in the path of the mail? What version of Exchange, and what service pack and rollup hotfix level are you at?
